Filozofski fakultet u Rijeci na temelju sklopljenoga sporazuma s partnerskim institucijama raspisuje NATJEČAJ za Ljetnu školu Bovec 2022.

U Bovcu u Sloveniji će se od 17. do 31. srpnja 2022. godine održati Ljetna škola Bovec, međunarodna škola stranih jezika s dugogodišnjom tradicijom. Možete učiti njemački, slovenski i talijanski na početnome (s minimalnim predznanjem) i naprednome stupnju te furlanski na početnome stupnju. Studenti iz drugih zemalja imaju mogućnost učiti hrvatski kao strani jezik. Programom su predviđeni jezični tečajevi, radionice i izleti, a ovogodišnja je tema Ljetne škole „Podijeljeno sjećanje – kulture sjećanja“.

Natječaj se raspisuje u svrhu dodjeljivanja četiriju stipendija namijenjenih redovitim studentima preddiplomskih i diplomskih studija na Filozofskome fakultetu u Rijeci, a njima je obuhvaćena školarina, smještaj u hotelu Alp u Bovcu s polupansionom*, radionice i izleti. Molimo zainteresirane studente da prijavnu dokumentaciju predaju u Tajništvu Odsjeka za kroatistiku Filozofskog fakulteta u Rijeci, s naznakom „Prijava za Ljetnu školu Bovec 2022.“.

Rok za prijavu je 10. svibnja 2022., a rezultati će biti objavljeni početkom lipnja.
 

Prijavi je potrebno priložiti:
1. ispunjenu prijavnicu,
2. Europass životopis na hrvatskome jeziku,
3. motivacijsko pismo na hrvatskome jeziku (do 300 riječi),
4. prijepis svih dosad položenih ispita i ocjena te ostvarenih ECTS bodova ovjeren u studentskoj službi matičnoga fakulteta (važno je da uključen bude i zimski semestar ove akademske godine), s istaknutim prosjekom ocjena,
5. potvrdu o upisu na studij.

„Second language choice:
In the application form, a second choice should be indicated when selecting the language course in order to achieve as equal a distribution as possible among the 9 language course groups
 
Certificate of enrolment and Transcript of Records (TOR) academic year 2021/2022:
When registering for the Summer School, students must provide a valid certificate of enrolment and a TOR for 8 ECTS in the winter semester 2021/22. Students who are unable to provide this proof due to annual courses must enclose a letter of recommendation from a lecturer. After completion of the Summer School a valid certificate of enrolment (academic year 2021/2021) and a TOR for 8 ECTS must be submitted to the organize until September 30, 2022. The letter of recommendation can be written in your language.
PhD students only need to submit a confirmation of enrolment for the academic year 2021/2022.
 
Accident and health insurance: participants need accident and health insurance valid for Slovenia (European health insurance card).

For cancellations after June 30, 2022, the participation fee will be retained as a processing fee (except in serious and verifiable cases). Otherwise, the amount will only be returned if the application is rejected by the home university.

In order to ensure the greatest possible safety during the Summer School, the following preventive measures have been taken: 
Before arrival: 
-  green pass is mandatory

At the beginning of the summer school: 
- All participants must provide proof of a negative PCR test, which must not be older than 72 hours before the start of the summer school. The costs will be refunded on site, please keep your receipt.

During the summer school:
- About half of the lessons will take place outside. 
- During the summer school, a rapid antigen test (self test) will be carried out for control purposes; there will be no costs for the participants.
- Most of the excursions will be on foot. For bus trips, the group will be divided. On Sunday, 24 July 2022 an excursion to historical sites (WW1 and WW2) on foot in Bovec and surroundings is planned. Level of difficulty: intermediate.  Bring hiking boots and appropriate clothing! The excursions are part of the optional part of the programme. 
- As of March 2022: FFP-2 masks in classrooms and seminar halls
- In case of necessity: cost coverage for a second PCR test for the return journey. 
- Additional costs in case of possible COVID-19 illness, retrieval or quarantine cannot be covered.

In view of the pandemic, moderate behaviour is to be displayed and personal responsibility exercised is expected for the well-being of all. Gross violations of the safety measures announced on site may lead to exclusion from the summer school.
